Mrs. Noa has been involved in Real Estate for over three decades, purchasing her first real estate investment at 20 years of age, and presently owning three rental properties in the North Dade area since 1994. Mrs. Noa attended Florida International University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a minor in International Marketing and was the recipient of the ‘Classroom Leadership Award’ in her graduating class. In July 2022, she retired from a recognition-filled 23-year career with the Aventura Police Department, with the last 16 years as the Chief’s Executive Assistant. As the Executive Assistant, confidentiality, honesty, integrity, accuracy and communication were of the utmost importance. Daily responsibilities included accounts payable/receivables, purchasing agent, event planning, fundraising and networking for the department, as well as attending events with and on behalf of the Chief of Police. During her years of service, she earned several awards, including ‘Civilian of the Month’ several times, and “The Thomas E. Ribel, I Care About My Community Award”. Mrs. Noa also earned several certifications to include the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc. (CALEA).
