I began my career in Human Resources, where I spent over 25 years leading executive teams and driving strategic workforce initiatives across industries including e-commerce, manufacturing, telecommunications, and call centers. As a Chief Human Resources Officer, I specialized in aligning talent strategy with business goals, guiding organizations through large-scale transformation, labor relations, change management, and executive coaching. In 2024, after decades of executive leadership, I made the intentional decision to pursue a long-standing passion: real estate. I enrolled in real estate investment courses and quickly immersed myself in the field — purchasing my first investment property, renting another, and successfully selling a condo. These experiences confirmed my desire to take a more hands-on role in real estate, leading me to earn my Florida Real Estate License in 2025. Since then, my interest has grown into commercial real estate, where I bring a unique advantage: deep operational insight, strong business acumen, and a consultative approach shaped by years of working with C-suite leaders. Whether advising a company on site strategy, evaluating investment opportunities, or supporting clients in property acquisition, I approach each opportunity with a focus on strategic growth and long-term value.
