I am a licensed Florida General Contractor, developing and building both custom and spec residential properties, with hands-on expertise in design, budgeting, entitlement, and execution. Over the course of my career, I have raised capital and structured financing for large-scale multifamily developments and retail shopping centers, working closely with private equity, institutional investors, and lending partners. In parallel, I spent more than a decade in senior finance roles, including serving as Chief Financial Officer for multiple companies, where I led corporate finance strategy and guided businesses through the process of going public and trading on major stock exchanges.
